DYEING MACHINE
Technical Aspects of Our Machinery:
In our machines the A.C. Speed invertors that is the latest hi-tech
product and that needs no maintanance, are being used and with these
invertors every speed adjustment between 0 to 160 cpm is available.
The
electric faults in our machines are lowered to a minimum level by their
splendid electrical devices.
The rubber rollers and screen fixing heads of our machines are
pneumatically controlled therefore time loss in screen changing is
minimized.
The screen changement in our machines are done through a system that is
imported from Europe, without stopping the machine by using button
commands automatically. The colour setting is automaticaly locked to the
screen, If any change is done in the system, screen adjustments don't
even change in 0.001 rate.
Because of the openning device for tubular fabrics, in our machines the
folding in the tube fabric is avoided and by centering the fabrics while
entering the machine it is provided that the printing on bottom and top
face of the fabric is balanced.
The rubber rollers in roller Printing machines are made by using the
most qualified and the most expensive materials providing that their
lifetime stands for 10 years. Therefore there is no rectifying in short
periods or no loss in production, no negative printings and no money
loss, just because these rubber rollers may never loose their
cylindrical and facial balance and get damaged.
The pressing adjustments in each rubber rollers in our machines are set
individually, If requested we may provide pressing systems in each side
of the rubber rollers.
By using our machines any kind of printing is available on tubular,
woven, nicky, viscone, silk, gabardine fabrics.
The printing width varies between l00-110-120-140-160-180- 200-220 cm.
We have production between 1-8 colours if demanded we may produce 10
colours too.
Some times the fabrics after dyeing and bleaching are not washed well
and some dust and materials are left on the face of the fabric. For this
we me mount dedusting brushes to the machine if needed.
Our
capacity, in printing differs because if screen rigitness, colour number
and the skill of the operator but mostly varies between l000-3000 kgs in
8 hours. When printing contiuously (metrage) we may print 35000 ms in 24
hrs.
Our
machines are guarranteed for 1 year of any production mistakes and the
machines parts are available in our stocs.
